Project Results

Increased Net Profit 150% in six months
Project Summary

The ACHIEVER GROUP, INC. worked with senior management to assess the situation and identify areas that could be improved. The dealer formulated policy and Strategic Plans were then developed. These Strategic Plans were then broken down into doable programs, which allowed incremental improvement. These Programs included:

  1. Implementing a Selling System, (Non-Confrontational)
  2. Train all managers and salespeople on that system
  3. Develop an inventory system to achieve a thirty-day average-turn on all new vehicles.
  4. Develop a pre-owned vehicle program to achieve a thirty-day turn and increase sales by 20%.
  5. Develop a program to accomplish an inventory turn of eight turns yearly and a 95% fill rate.
  6. Develop a Service program to bring shop unitization up to 95% with a 98% CSI.

Each phase of the program was then translated into Management Action Plans (MAP). This process allowed the organization to realize incremental growth at a fast pace. This growth was orderly and well managed, creating net profit improvement.

Project Summary


The ACHIEVER GROUP, INC. worked with senior management and guided them through a Creative Future Pacing Workshop. This workshop resulted in:

  1. A shared knowledge base within the company.
  2. Open cross-departmental lines of communication.
  3. Created a shared vision of the future of the company.
  4. Created programs that led to Management Action Plans. These plans are the steps that accomplish the programs.

Each MAP's when completed achieved the objective of that MAP. This process allowed the organization to realize incremental growth at a fast pace. This growth was orderly and well managed, creating net profit improvement. Over the next 30 months we worked with the management team to achieve the targets set out in the Creative Future Pacing sessions.

Project Summary

Designed and delivered a course that enabled Service Advisors to recognize and deal with the moods of the customer. This course drew heavily from Human Achievement Technology. This allowed the service advisor to develop rapport and expand communication with the customer. The course was delivered over a four-month period, utiliziting both classroom training and technical training in the service drive. This gave the Advisors an opportunity to integrate the training and use it in the everyday work world.

Worked with the management team to design a future vision of the result they wanted. Used this vision as an objective that would propel efforts of personnel. Then in cooperation with the management team designed and instituted a Quality Control System that increased satisfaction. The goal was reached in 90 days.
